Blend all the ingredients except the flour until achieving a homogeneous and smooth mixture.
DO NOT ADD LIQUID OR MILK,
it may seem that the cream is watery but thickens once it cools due to the flour
Add a handful of previously cooked peas
::FOR THE VEGAN BROCCOLI CREAM::
Blend all the ingredients except the flour
Fry the flour with a splash of coconut oil or what you have until it takes on a beige color
Before it browns, add the blended cream and bring to a boil
Let it simmer for 1 or 2 minutes
Turn off and let it cool slightly
Now we can incorporate the cooked spaghetti or pasta of your choice and carefully mix it in!
Fry the tablespoon of flour with coconut oil in a pot until it takes on a beige color without browning.
Add the blended cream and bring it to a boil until it thickens slightly.
Let it cool a bit and add the cooked pasta, mix, and it's ready.
