Spicy Tuna Bowl

For this bowl, you will use cauliflower bits instead of traditional rice, but you will create a light and flavorful oriental type dish. It is prepared with spicy fresh tuna and delicious chipotle mayonnaise, so it is perfect for people who like spicy. It is also low in carbohydrates and you can supply tuna with salmon or shrimp.

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 package Eva® cauliflower bits, 454 grams
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 cup carrot, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup pumpkin, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups green onion stalks, chopped
  • 1/4 cups salsa, ponzu
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® vegetable bouillon
  • 2 cups tuna steak, (300 g) cut into medium cubes
  • 1/4 cups sesame oil, for tuna
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise, Hellmann's® for tuna
  • 1/4 cups salsa, ponzu for tuna
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, for tuna
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® vegetable bouillon, for tuna
  • 1/4 cups green onion, (colitas) chopped
  • green onion, in hoops
  • sesame seeds, white, toasted, to accompany
  • carrot, cut into strips
  • parsley
  • avocado, diced

Low
  • Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil, add the EVA® Cauliflower Bits, garlic, ginger, carrot, squash, onion stalks, ponzu sauce and season with the Knorr® Vegetable Broth. Reservation.
  • In a bowl place the tuna, mix with the oil, Hellmann's® Mayonnaise, the ponzu sauce, the macha sauce, the lemon juice and season with the Knorr® Vegetable Broth. Mix and reserve.
  • On a deep plate, place your rice with EVA® Cauliflower Bits, serve with tuna, chambray onion tails, chambray onion rings, carrots, avocado and parsley. Finally, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and enjoy.
