Spicy Tuna Bowl

For this bowl, you will use cauliflower bits instead of traditional rice, but you will create a light and flavorful oriental-style dish. It is prepared with fresh spicy tuna and delicious chipotle mayonnaise, making it perfect for those who enjoy spicy food. It is also low in carbohydrates, and you can substitute the tuna for salmon or shrimp.

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 package Eva® cauliflower bits, 454 grams
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 cup carrot, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup pumpkin, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups green onion stalks, chopped
  • 1/4 cups salsa, ponzu
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® vegetable bouillon
  • 2 cups tuna steak, (300 g) cut into medium cubes
  • 1/4 cups sesame oil, for the tuna
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise, Hellmann's® for the tuna
  • 1/4 cups salsa, ponzu for the tuna
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, for the tuna
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® vegetable bouillon, for the tuna
  • 1/4 cups green onion, (green onion tops) chopped
  • green onion, in rings
  • sesame seeds, white, toasted, for garnish
  • carrot, cut into strips
  • parsley
  • avocado, cut into cubes

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil, add the EVA® Cauliflower Bits, garlic, ginger, carrot, squash, green onion stems, ponzu sauce, and season with Knorr® Vegetable Broth. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, place the tuna, mix with the oil, Hellmann's® Mayonnaise, ponzu sauce, macha sauce, lime juice, and season with Knorr® Vegetable Broth. Mix and set aside.
  • In a deep plate, place your rice with EVA® Cauliflower Bits, serve with the tuna, green onion tops, green onion rings, carrot, avocado, and parsley. Finally, sprinkle with white sesame and enjoy.
