For this bowl, you will use cauliflower bits instead of traditional rice, but you will create a light and flavorful oriental type dish. It is prepared with spicy fresh tuna and delicious chipotle mayonnaise, so it is perfect for people who like spicy. It is also low in carbohydrates and you can supply tuna with salmon or shrimp.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of sesame oil
  • 1 package of Cauliflower Eva® Bits 454 grams
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger
  • 1 Cup of carrot cut into small cubes
  • 1 Cup of pumpkin cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of onion stem chambray chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of sauce ponzu
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cups of Tuna steak (300 g) cut into medium cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of sesame oil for tuna
  • 1/4 of Cup of Mayonnaise Hellmann's® for tuna
  • 1/4 of Cup of sauce ponzu for tuna
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice for tuna
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Vegetable Broth for tuna
  • 1/4 of Cup of cambray onion (colitas) chopped
  • enough of cambray onion in hoops
  • enough of sesame seed white, toasted, to accompany
  • enough of carrot cut into strips
  • enough of parsley
  • enough of avocado diced

    Preparation

    Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil, add the EVA® Cauliflower Bits, garlic, ginger, carrot, squash, onion stalks, ponzu sauce and season with the Knorr® Vegetable Broth. Reservation.
    In a bowl place the tuna, mix with the oil, Hellmann's® Mayonnaise, the ponzu sauce, the macha sauce, the lemon juice and season with the Knorr® Vegetable Broth. Mix and reserve.
    On a deep plate, place your rice with EVA® Cauliflower Bits, serve with tuna, chambray onion tails, chambray onion rings, carrots, avocado and parsley. Finally, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with mayonnaise, sesame seeds and cambray onion tails as a bowl.

    TIPS

    You can use salmon, shrimp or any protein for this preparation.
