Spinach, Egg White, and Cheddar Cheese Burger

  • 200 milliliters San Juan® egg whites
  • 2 bunches spinach, washed and finely chopped
  • 200 grams cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 100 milliliters olive oil

  • Blanch the spinach. Drain and add finely chopped onion and garlic.
  • Add the grated cheese.
  • Season with pepper and salt. Mix with the Egg Whites.
  • Grease a hot skillet.
