300 grams spinach
puff pastry, cool
onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
walnuts, to taste and chopped

Season the onion in a little oil. Add the finely chopped garlic.
With the onion and garlic still on the fire, add the spinach.
The spinach will reduce in size and here the walnut is added. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the puff pastry on a floured table and cut in half. Place half of the pasta on a glass dish.
Place the spinach filling on top of the puff pastry and place the remaining half of the pastry on top.
Bake at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
