Spinach Puff Pastry

  • 300 grams spinach
  • puff pastry, fresh
  • onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • nuts, to taste and chopped

  • Sauté the onion in a little oil. Add the finely chopped garlic.
  • With the onion and garlic still on the heat, add the spinach.
  • The spinach will reduce in size, and at this point, add the walnut. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it in half. Place half of the pastry in a glass baking dish.
  • Place the spinach filling on the puff pastry and cover with the remaining half of the pastry.
  • Bake in the oven at a temperature of 200°C for 15 minutes.
