300 grams spinach
puff pastry, fresh
onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
nuts, to taste and chopped

Sauté the onion in a little oil. Add the finely chopped garlic.
With the onion and garlic still on the heat, add the spinach.
The spinach will reduce in size, and at this point, add the walnut. Season with salt and pepper.
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it in half. Place half of the pastry in a glass baking dish.
Place the spinach filling on the puff pastry and cover with the remaining half of the pastry.
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 200°C for 15 minutes.
