Ingredients

4 portions
  • 300 grams baby spinach
  • puff pastry, cool
  • onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • walnuts, to taste and chopped

Preparation

Smear the onion in a little oil. Add finely chopped garlic.
With the onion and garlic still on the fire, add the spinach.
The spinach is going to reduce in size and here the nut is added. Pepper.
Spread the puff pastry on a floured table and cut in half. Place half of the paste on a glass refractory.
Place the spinach filling on the puff pastry and place the remaining half of the pasta on top.
Bake at a temperature of 200 ° C for 15 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Cut into triangles and serve hot.

TIPS

If you want a golden and shiny color in the pasta, before baking spread egg yolk with a brush. You can add a bit of the cheese of your preference.
