2 zucchinis
1/2 onions
2 tomatillos
1 corn kernel
2 serrano chiles

4 tablespoons oil
oaxaca cheese, It will be used for presentation. You can substitute Oaxaca cheese for panela cheese.

Cut the following ingredients into cubes: zucchini, onion, tomato, chili, and ham (or bacon).
In a skillet, add the oil; when the oil is hot, add the onion and bacon, and sauté them.
Incorporate the corn into the previous mixture.
Add the tomato and cook the mixture over low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve in a deep plate and add the Oaxaca cheese.
