Preparation
Cut the following ingredients into cubes: pumpkin, onion, tomato, chili and ham (or bacon).
In a pan the oil is added, when it is hot the oil is incorporated onion and bacon, acitronarlos.
Add the corn to the previous mixture.
Add the tomato and cook the preparation on low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve in a deep dish and add the oaxaca cheese.
