Strawberry and Chia Smoothie

One of my favorite drinks for its rich flavor that helps you control your weight. The Strawberry and Chia Smoothie is an easy drink to make, quick and ideal for hot days.

  • 250 grams strawberries
  • 50 grams dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 glass ice cubes
  • water, little, the necessary.
  • 1 envelope zero-calorie sweetener

  • Wash and disinfect the strawberries and blend them with a little water.
  • Add the blueberries and chia.
  • Finally add the ice and the sweetener. To serve.
