One of my favorite drinks for its rich flavor that helps you control your weight. The Strawberry and Chia Smoothie is an easy drink to make, quick and ideal for hot days.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 250 grams strawberry
  • 50 grams dried cranberry
  • 3 tablespoons chia seed
  • 1 glass ice
  • Water, little, the necessary.
  • 1 on no calorie sweetener

Preparation

Wash and disinfect the strawberries and blend them with a little water.
Add the blueberries and chia.
Finally add the ice and the sweetener. To serve.

PRESENTATION

Place in jaiboleros glasses and enjoy its excellent flavor

TIPS

Blend until the ice and the well integrated fruit are completely crushed.
