One of my favorite drinks because of its rich flavor that helps you control your weight. Smoothie Strawberry and Chia is an easy drink to make, fast and ideal for hot days.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 250 strawberries
  • 50 dehydrated cranberries
  • 3 chia
  • 1 glass ice
  • pending
  • 1 on no-calorie sweetener

Preparation

Wash and disinfect the strawberries and liquefy them with a little water.
Add blueberries and chia.
Finally, add the ice and the sweetener. To serve.

PRESENTATION

Place in jaiboleros glasses and enjoy its excellent flavor

TIPS
