This recipe is for a dish with delicious stuffed eggs in tomato sauce, the best, you'll see, just follow the steps of my recipe and you will love them.
8 pitted olives, for decoration and to add more flavor

Boil the eggs with a tablespoon of salt.
After 10 minutes in boiling water, place them in a strainer and cool them under a stream of cold tap water. Let them cool and peel them.
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Take the yolks and place them in a bowl. Reserve the cooked whites.
Add the tuna and 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the egg yolks. If you like, also add 1 tablespoon of fried tomato.
With a fork, mash well and mix until it becomes a smooth and homogeneous paste.
If you want, you can taste for salt and add a little.
With a knife, spread the mixture over the eggs and then shape it a bit with the same knife so that the filling looks like the missing half of the egg.
Now put a little mayonnaise in a glass and add a splash of milk.
Mix well with a fork until you have a smoother and lighter mayonnaise. Then place the stuffed eggs on the plate where you will serve them and cover the eggs with this light mayonnaise.
Now just decorate with some strips of bell pepper and/or some slices of olives. And add the tomato sauce on top.
