Stuffed Nopales with Chicken and Cheese

Stuffed nopales are a healthy breakfast option. Try this delicious recipe; I assure you will love the combination of panela cheese and nopales.

  • 650 grams nopal, medium whole
  • 400 grams panela cheese, in sticks
  • 450 grams chicken breast, cooked and cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 6 teaspoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine

  • Cook the whole nopales in water until they are tender.
  • Fill the nopales with a stick of cheese and a tablespoon of chicken, roll them up and secure with a toothpick.
  • Season all the stuffed nopales with Knorr® Suiza Granulated Chicken Broth.
  • In a hot skillet, add Margarina® Primavera and sauté the nopales until they are golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
