Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

  • 100 milliliters San Juan® egg whites
  • 4 portobello mushrooms
  • 8 white button mushrooms
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 onions, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 200 grams Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 5 grams salt
  • 3 grams pepper
  • 20 milliliters olive oil
  • 4 anchovy

  • Add oil to a pan and fry the garlic and onion.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the anchovies. Pour the San Juan® Egg Whites.
  • Sear the portobello mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Place the cheese.
  • Serve on top of a bread.
