100 milliliters San Juan® egg whites
4 portobello mushrooms
8 white button mushrooms
1 tomato
1/4 onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
200 grams Mozzarella cheese, grated
5 grams salt
3 grams pepper
20 milliliters olive oil
4 anchovy
Preparation

Add oil to a pan and fry the garlic and onion.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the anchovies. Pour the San Juan® Egg Whites.
Sear the portobello mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Place the cheese.
Serve on top of a bread.
