Stuffed Tomatoes with Tuna and Jocoque

  • 2 tomatoes, small
  • 1 can tuna
  • 2 tablespoons jocoque
  • 1 lime
  • ponzu sauce
  • valentina sauce, a little
  • chamoy, (crispy sauces), a little
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic
  • 1 pinch za'atar

  • Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds and sides.
  • In a bowl, mix the tuna and jocoque, season with lime, soy sauce, Valentina, crispy sauces, and za'atar. Stir well until well combined.
  • In each half of the tomato, put a little of the mixture as seen in the picture and season with salt, pepper, and garlic on top.
