1 can tuna
2 tablespoons jocoque
1 lime
ponzu sauce
valentina sauce, a little
chamoy, (crispy sauces), a little
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch garlic
1 pinch za'atar

Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds and sides.
In a bowl, mix the tuna and jocoque, season with lime, soy sauce, Valentina, crispy sauces, and za'atar. Stir well until well combined.
In each half of the tomato, put a little of the mixture as seen in the picture and season with salt, pepper, and garlic on top.
