4 red beefsteak tomatoes
400 grams ground meat, you can mix beef and pork
3 cloves garlic
1/4 onions
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
4 tablespoons oil
100 grams nut , chopped
100 grams almonds, sliced
1/2 cups tomato purée
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 120°C.
Heat the oil in the pan.
Chop the onion into small cubes along with the garlic cloves.
Sauté the onion and garlic, add the ground meat.
Cook over low heat until done; season with salt and pepper.
Add the walnuts and almonds.
Adjust the seasoning and let it rest for a few minutes.
Using a spoon, remove the centers from the tomatoes without breaking them. Fill the tomatoes with the ground meat.
Place the tomatoes on a baking tray or dish and bake for 10 minutes.
Let it rest and serve.
