Ingredients

  • 4 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 400 grams ground beef, you can mix beef and pork
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 100 grams walnut, chopped
  • 100 grams almond, filleted
  • 1/2 cups mashed tomatoes

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 120 ° C.
Heat the oil in the pan.
Chop the onion in small cubes together with the garlic cloves.
Sauté the onion and garlic, add the ground meat.
