Soak the sunflower seeds in a glass of water the night before making our preparation.
The next morning, discard the water in which the seeds were soaked and place them in the blender, gradually adding the 3 cups of water. Blend for 3 minutes.
If desired, you can add 1/2 banana while blending the preparation for flavor.
