Sweet Salmon with Apples

Delicious salmon fillet marinated in honey and served with apple. A very tasty way to prepare salmon. It is perfect to accompany with a bit of mashed potatoes or sweet potato and white rice with butter. Try it, you will love it.

  • 4 salmon fillet, boneless
  • 4 apples, preferably green and peeled
  • 1 stick unsalted margarine
  • honey
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, candied
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper to taste and brush with honey.
  • Cook the fillet in olive oil, being careful not to overcook it to avoid changing its color. Set aside.
  • Slice the peeled apples, brush with honey, and then cook in margarine over low heat for 3 minutes.
  • Remove and decorate the fillet with the apples to taste, and finally place the nut on top and serve.
