Sweet Salmon with Apples

Delicious salmon fillet marinated in honey and served with apple. A very tasty way to prepare salmon. It is perfect to accompany with a bit of mashed potatoes or sweet potato and white rice with butter. Try it, you will love it.

4 salmon fillet, boneless
4 apples, preferably green and peeled
1 stick unsalted margarine
honey
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cups walnuts, candied
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Preparation

Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper to taste and brush with honey.
Cook the fillet in olive oil, being careful not to overcook it to avoid changing its color. Set aside.
Slice the peeled apples, brush with honey, and then cook in margarine over low heat for 3 minutes.
Remove and decorate the fillet with the apples to taste, and finally place the nut on top and serve.
