Sweet Salmon with Apples

Delicious salmon fillet marinated in honey and accompanied with apple. A very rich way to prepare salmon. It is perfect to accompany with a bit of mashed potato or sweet potato and white rice with butter. Try it, you will love it.

4 salmon fillet, no spikes
4 apples, preferably green without shell
1 stick unsalted margarine
honey
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cups walnuts, praline
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Preparation

To place the salt and pepper to the taste to the filet of salmon and to varnish with the honey.
Cook the fillet in the olive oil taking care not to overcook it to avoid changing its coloration. Reserve.
Slicing the apples without the skin, varnish with the honey and then cook in the margarine over low heat for 3 minutes.
Remove it and decorate the steak with the apple to taste and finally place the nut on top and serve.
