Sweet Salmon with Apples

Delicious salmon fillet marinated in honey and accompanied with apple. A very rich way to prepare salmon. It is perfect to accompany with a bit of mashed potato or sweet potato and white rice with butter. Try it, you will love it.

  • 4 salmon fillet, no spikes
  • 4 apples, preferably green without shell
  • 1 stick unsalted margarine
  • honey
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, praline
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • To place the salt and pepper to the taste to the filet of salmon and to varnish with the honey.
  • Cook the fillet in the olive oil taking care not to overcook it to avoid changing its coloration. Reserve.
  • Slicing the apples without the skin, varnish with the honey and then cook in the margarine over low heat for 3 minutes.
  • Remove it and decorate the steak with the apple to taste and finally place the nut on top and serve.
