20 grams anise
1 tablespoon sugar
spicy ajíes
vegetable oil

salt, to taste
herb, huacatay, finely chopped to taste (Peruvian herb)

Chop the chili very small.
Mix the chili with the finely chopped huacatay, add lime, pepper, salt, and oil.
