Toasted bread and Gouda cheese, tomato sauce with egg and asparagus

  • 4 slices Gouda cheese
  • 80 milliliters tomato purée
  • 4 button mushrooms
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 asparagus
  • 100 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 5 grams pepper
  • 15 grams salt flower

  • Place a slice of gouda cheese on a bread. Arrange the bread in a tray and place in the oven at 200 ° C for 5 minutes or until the cheese is gratin.
  • With a potato peeler, remove the peel from the asparagus. Cut the end of the asparagus, since it is the hardest part.
