The recipe for toasted bread with gouda cheese, tomato puree, and fried egg is simply delicious. It features bread with melted cheese, mushroom tomato sauce, topped with a fried egg and some delicious asparagus.
Place a slice of gouda cheese on a piece of bread. Arrange the breads on a tray and put them in the oven at 200° C for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Using a vegetable peeler, remove the skin from the asparagus. Cut the ends of the asparagus, as that is the toughest part.
Pour water into a pot and add enough salt. Add the asparagus and cook them.
Add oil to a skillet, fry the eggs.
Place a tablespoon of tomato puree. On top of this, place the egg and asparagus.
