4 slices Gouda cheese
80 milliliters tomato purée
4 button mushrooms
4 eggs
8 asparagus
100 milliliters vegetable oil
5 grams pepper

Place a slice of gouda cheese on a bread. Arrange the bread in a tray and place in the oven at 200 ° C for 5 minutes or until the cheese is gratin.
With a potato peeler, remove the peel from the asparagus. Cut the end of the asparagus, since it is the hardest part.
Pour water into a pot and add enough salt. Add the asparagus and cook them.
Add the oil to a pan, fry the eggs.
Place a spoonful of tomato puree. On top of this, arrange the egg and the asparagus.
