The recipe for toast with gouda cheese, tomato puree and starred egg is simply delicious. It is a bread with melted cheese, tomato sauce with mushrooms, topped with starry egg and some delicious asparagus.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Bimbo® Toasted Bread
  • 4 slices Gouda cheese
  • 80 milliliters mashed tomatoes
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 asparagus
  • 100 milliliters oil
  • 5 grams black pepper
  • 15 grams flower of salt

Preparation

Place a slice of gouda cheese on a bread. Arrange the bread in a tray and place in the oven at 200 ° C for 5 minutes or until the cheese is gratin.
With a potato peeler, remove the peel from the asparagus. Cut the end of the asparagus, since it is the hardest part.
Pour water into a pot and add enough salt. Add the asparagus and cook them.
Add the oil to a pan, fry the eggs.
Place a spoonful of tomato puree. On top of this, arrange the egg and the asparagus.
