Toasted Bread with Brie Cheese and Cherry

We present to you a brie cheese snack with balsamic marinated tomatoes and a touch of arugula. It’s a perfect appetizer for a delicious and elegant dinner. It’s a very easy recipe that won’t take much of your time.

  • 4 Bimbo® toasted bread
  • 8 slices Brie cheese
  • 3 green onions
  • 100 milliliters balsamic vinegar
  • 40 milliliters olive oil
  • 12 leaves arugula
  • 4 grams ground pepper
  • 10 grams salt flower

  • Slice the cherries and green onions, and marinate them with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the slices of brie cheese on the bread, pour the cherry tomatoes over it. Bake at 200°C until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Place the bread on a plate and arrange the arugula leaves.
