8 slices Brie cheese
3 green onions
100 milliliters balsamic vinegar
40 milliliters olive oil
12 leaves arugula
4 grams ground pepper
10 grams salt flower

Slice the cherries and green onions, and marinate them with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the slices of brie cheese on the bread, pour the cherry tomatoes over it. Bake at 200°C until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Place the bread on a plate and arrange the arugula leaves.
