Toasted Bread with Eggs and Avocado

1/2 avocados, (¼ of an avocado per slice of bread)
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon lime juice
salt
pepper
2 toasts
1/2 cups arugula
2 tablespoons feta cheese
2 tablespoons cherry tomato
olive oil, for dressing

In a bowl, mix the avocado, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until you have a puree consistency. Set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, add the avocado oil, the egg, salt, pepper, and cook for 10 minutes.
Spread the toasted bread with the avocado puree, add the egg, arugula, feta cheese, and cherry tomatoes.
Dress with olive oil and enjoy.
