Tofu Dip with Celery

Healthy recipe to prepare a vegetarian tofu dip snack with celery. It is very easy to prepare and is ready in 30 minutes.

  • 2 squares tofu, whole
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons celery
  • serrano chiles, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons jocoque, dry
  • 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • salt, to taste
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

  • Mash the tofu perfectly with a fork.
  • Add the finely chopped scallions, celery, and chili, along with the jocoque, soy sauce, garlic salt, salt to taste, and 2/3 of the toasted sesame seeds.
  • Mix perfectly. Garnish with the rest of the sesame seeds and a celery leaf.
