450 grams tofu, extra firm
1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1/4 cups tahini sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon sesame oil, toasted
tablespoons ground black pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 175 °C (350 °F)
Cut the tofu into one-inch slices.
Mix the other ingredients to make the sauce. It should have a creamy consistency.
Pour the sauce over the tofu and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper or non-stick spray or greased.
Cook for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
