3 nopales
3 tomatoes
1/4 onions
5 grams fresh cilantro, a small bunch
3 serrano chiles
2 cups water
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cups white vinegar
1/4 cups olive oil
2 grams salt
100 grams queso fresco, for decoration

100 grams refried black beans
Preparation

Chop all the vegetables finely, remember to remove the seeds from the tomato and the serrano chili, set aside.
Cook the nopales with water and a teaspoon of baking soda for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, add the chopped vegetables and the nopales.
Add the white vinegar and olive oil, season with salt.
Mix the preparation well.
Spread refried beans on the tostadas, place the nopales on top, and decorate with fresh cheese.
