Ingredients: 3 nopales; 3 tomatoes; 1/4 onions; 5 grams fresh cilantro, a small bunch; 3 serrano chiles; 2 cups water; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1/4 cups white vinegar; 1/4 cups olive oil; 2 grams salt; 100 grams queso fresco, for decoration; 6 tostadas; 100 grams refried black beans

Chop all the vegetables finely, remember to remove the seeds from the tomato and the serrano chili, set aside. Cook the nopales with water and a teaspoon of baking soda for 5 minutes.
