Tuna Stew with Mushrooms

  • 1 tomatillo
  • 1 Jalapeño chile
  • 1/4 bunches fresh cilantro, washed and disinfected
  • 1 envelope canned tuna in water
  • 1 can white button mushrooms, washed and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Chop the onion, chili, and tomato into small pieces.
  • In a hot skillet, add the olive oil and onion. Let it cook until it becomes transparent, then add the mushrooms and tomato. Add a little salt and pepper.
  • Drain the tuna and add it to the skillet. Cook until most of the liquid has evaporated.
  • Add the finely chopped cilantro and remove from heat.
