Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 bunches fresh coriander, washed and disinfected
  • 1 on tuna in water
  • 1 can white mushroom, washed and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Cut the onion, chili and tomato into small pieces.
In a hot pan add olive oil and onion. Let it cook until it is clear and then add the mushrooms and tomato. Add a little salt and pepper.
Drain the tuna and add it to the pan. Cook until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Add the finely chopped cilantro and remove from the heat.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a rich salad and baked corn toast.
