Turkey Rolls with Vegetables

A healthy and tasty recipe, turkey meat is low in fat and high in protein. I recommend these turkey rolls with vegetables, super healthy.

  • 2 turkey breast, fillet
  • 1 tomatillo
  • red bell peppers, and green to taste
  • 1 handful raisins

  • Cook the vegetables cut into strips and the raisins in a pan with a little olive oil until they are completely done. Once the vegetables are prepared, we spread the breast fillets and cover them with the prepared vegetables. They are rolled up as a spring roll and a toothpick is placed so that they do not fall apart. They are cooked on the grill and we are turning them every little time until they are done.
