Turkey Rolls with Vegetables

A healthy and tasty recipe, turkey meat is low in fat and high in protein. I recommend these turkey rolls with vegetables, super healthy.

  • 2 turkey breast, in fillet
  • 1 tomatillo
  • red bell peppers, and green to taste
  • 1 handful raisins

  • Cook the sliced vegetables and raisins in a pan with a little olive oil until they are completely done. Once the vegetables are ready, lay out the chicken fillets and cover them with the prepared vegetables. Roll them up like spring rolls and secure with a toothpick to prevent them from unraveling. Cook on the grill, turning them occasionally until they are done.
