Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 turkey breast, in fillet
  • 1 tomato
  • red peppers, and green to taste
  • 1 fist raisin

Preparation

Cook the cut vegetables in strips and raisins in a pan with a little olive oil until they are completely done. Once the vegetable is prepared, spread the breast fillets and cover them with the prepared vegetables. They roll up like a spring roll and put a toothpick so they do not fall apart. They are cooked on the griddle and we are going around every time until they are done.
