Vegan Banana Cake

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 175 °C (350 °F)
  • Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  • In a large bowl, beat the sugar and oil together. Add the bananas and the puree.
  • Add the water and vanilla, mix well.
  • Add the flour mixture with the chopped nuts and stir everything very well.
  • Pour the mixture into a non-stick baking pan or use a little cooking spray on the surface.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
