Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes

If you are looking for a vegan cupcake option, these are very tasty and consistent, plus everything is made in the food processor and you don’t have to beat for hours, and the best part is they are ready in 15 minutes.

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cups maple syrup
  • 1/3 cups cocoa
  • 1/4 cups walnuts

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Process all the ingredients in a food processor, stirring occasionally to ensure everything is well mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into cupcake liners, filling them ¾ full, or alternatively into a silicone cupcake mold.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and remove from molds.
