  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables, cooked and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 Knorr tomato and chicken broth
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 pasilla chiles, clean and soaked

  • Separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat the latter until stiff peaks form, meaning they should be white and form soft peaks.
  • Gently mix the yolks, flour, and vegetables.
  • Fry forming cakes of 12 cm in diameter. Set aside.
  • To prepare the broth, blend the tomato, onion, garlic, and chili, strain, and sauté in a pot with a little oil.
  • Add the Knorr® tomato chicken broth and let it boil for 3 minutes. Incorporate the cakes and serve accompanied by whole beans.
