2 cups mixed vegetables, cooked and chopped
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Knorr tomato and chicken broth
1 Roma tomato
1/4 onions
1 clove garlic
2 pasilla chiles, clean and soaked

Separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat the latter until stiff peaks form, meaning they should be white and form soft peaks.
Gently mix the yolks, flour, and vegetables.
Fry forming cakes of 12 cm in diameter. Set aside.
To prepare the broth, blend the tomato, onion, garlic, and chili, strain, and sauté in a pot with a little oil.
Add the Knorr® tomato chicken broth and let it boil for 3 minutes. Incorporate the cakes and serve accompanied by whole beans.
