Vegetable Pizza without Flour

Pizza is one of the favorite dishes of children, and what better than a healthy pizza that nourishes them properly. It’s easy to prepare and full of flavor. Customize it with your favorite ingredients.

  • 300 grams cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups tomato purée, homemade
  • cherry tomato
  • zucchini
  • oregano

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Grate the cauliflower and microwave for 8 minutes.
  • Add the grated cheese and the egg, mix until everything is well combined.
  • On a baking tray, place parchment paper and pour the previous mixture. Shape it into a round and flat form.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes and add the tomato puree, zucchini, and sliced cherry tomatoes. You can add more cheese if you like and sprinkle oregano.
  • Return to the oven for 5 more minutes. Serve.
