300 grams cauliflower
1 egg
150 grams cheese, grated
1/2 cups tomato purée, home
cherry tomato
zucchini
oregano

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Grate the cauliflower, and introduce in the microwave for 8 minutes.
Add the grated cheese and the egg, mix so everything is well integrated.
Place a piece of vegetable paper in a baking tray and pour the previous mixture. Give it a rounded and flat shape.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Rest a few minutes and add the tomato puree, zucchini and sliced cherry tomatoes. You can add more cheese if you like and sprinkle oregano.
Enter the oven for 5 more minutes. It serves.
