Vegetable Stew

The vegetable stew is a rich dish, nutritious and forceful. A super healthy preparation, it is perfect for vegetarians or when you do not want to eat meat. It is a very tasty recipe.

  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 green onions
  • 3 leeks
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 green bell peppers
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 300 grams broccoli
  • 1 pumpkin, girl
  • 2 corn
  • 1 leaf bay
  • 2 liters vegetable broth
  • Maggi seasoning sauce, to taste
  • 100 grams peas
  • 250 grams green beans
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 bunch aromatic herbs

  • Peel the onions and cut into quarters, wash the green onions and cut into large slices. Clean the garlic, remove seeds, cut into quarters.
  • Place in a baking dish with a thread of corn oil, cover with aluminum foil and cook in a strong oven for 15 minutes. Place the vegetables in a saucepan, add the potatoes and carrots cut into cubes, the broccoli (separated into flowers) and the corn cut into slices.
  • Cover with the hot Vegetable Broth, season with the laurel. Bring to the fire and cook for 15 minutes. Incorporate the zucchini cut into cubes, the chunks in pieces without the thread.
  • Cook until the potatoes are ready. Add the peas and the paprika, mix, and sprinkle with the fresh herbs. Serve hot.
