Mix in a bowl the mashed potatoes, the broccoli, the chia, the capers, 2 tablespoons of hummus, the onion, the garlic, the corn starch and season. You should have a homogenous mask.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat, form the burgers with the previous mixture and fry, taking care not to break them. For 6 minutes 3 on each side.
Heat the rolls in a griddle a few seconds per side, form the hamburger.
Place arugula on a piece of bread, then add hummus, place the vegetarian burger, the slice of tomato, jocoque, jalapeño peppers and end up covering with the other piece of bread.
