You won't believe how delicious this pizza with cauliflower bits crust is! Exquisite vegetarian pizza with a super crispy crust, homemade tomato sauce, a variety of vegetables drizzled with olive oil, and plenty of mozzarella cheese.
For the dough, in a bowl, place the Eva® cauliflower bits and dehydrate in the microwave for 4 to 6 minutes at maximum power.
Mix the cauliflower with the egg, salt, pepper, and flour. Knead until a smooth and homogeneous dough is formed.
On a greased baking sheet, roll out the cauliflower dough with a rolling pin to form a circle. Bake for 15 minutes.
For the sauce, in a medium skillet, cook the onion and garlic with the olive oil. Add the tomato and the puree and cook for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs, and cook for 5 more minutes.
Spread the sauce over the precooked pizza dough, top with cheese, and arrange the vegetables. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden.
Remove from the oven, garnish with arugula, and serve.
