1 cup soy meat
1 carrot, small
1 onion, small
1 egg
salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil to taste
breadcrumbs

Low
Soak the soy in water to hydrate it.
Grate the carrot, chop the onion into small cubes, add the seasonings and salt, and fry on low heat until everything is ready.
Add the already drained soy meat to that mixture, stir, and fry for just 2 more minutes.
Let the mixture cool, place it in a bowl, add the egg, and stir.
Then, form the burgers with a spoon or by hand, coat them in breadcrumbs, and you're done!
Fry on both sides with olive oil and they are ready to serve.
