Vegetarian Soy Burgers

These are delicious, easy, and vegetarian burgers ideal for cooking in no time.

  • 1 cup soy meat
  • 1 carrot, small
  • 1 onion, small
  • 1 egg
  • salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil to taste
  • breadcrumbs

  • Soak the soy in water to hydrate it.
  • Grate the carrot, chop the onion into small cubes, add the seasonings and salt, and fry on low heat until everything is ready.
  • Add the already drained soy meat to that mixture, stir, and fry for just 2 more minutes.
  • Let the mixture cool, place it in a bowl, add the egg, and stir.
  • Then, form the burgers with a spoon or by hand, coat them in breadcrumbs, and you're done!
  • Fry on both sides with olive oil and they are ready to serve.
