Vegetarian Soy Burgers

They are a rich, easy and vegetarian burgers ideal for cooking in a short time.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 Cup of soy meat
  • 1 piece of carrot little
  • 1 piece of onion little
  • 1 piece of egg
  • Salt pepper, oregano and olive oil to taste
  • ground breads

    Preparation

    Put the soy in water, so that it hydrates.
    Grate the carrot, chop the onion in small cubes, add the seasonings and salt and fry over low heat until everything is ready.
    To this mixture is added the soy meat already styled, stir and fry only about 2 minutes more.
    Let the mixture cool, put in a bowl, add the egg and stir.
    Later they are formed with a spoon or by hand the burgers, they are passed through the bread and ready!
    They are fried on both sides with olive oil and are ready to serve.

    TIPS

    You can add the vegetables and seasoning you want, it's all to your taste, this is just the basic idea.
