Preparation
Put the soy in water, so that it hydrates.
Grate the carrot, chop the onion in small cubes, add the seasonings and salt and fry over low heat until everything is ready.
To this mixture is added the soy meat already styled, stir and fry only about 2 minutes more.
Let the mixture cool, put in a bowl, add the egg and stir.
Later they are formed with a spoon or by hand the burgers, they are passed through the bread and ready!
They are fried on both sides with olive oil and are ready to serve.
