Vegetarian Soy Burgers

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup soy meat
  • 1 carrot, little
  • 1 onion, little
  • 1 egg
  • salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil to taste
  • ground bread

Preparation

The soy is put in water, so that it is hydrated.
The carrot is grated, the onion is chopped into small cubes, the seasonings and salt are added and it is fried over low heat until everything is ready.
To this mixture, add the already styled soy meat, stir and fry for only about 2 more minutes.
The mixture is allowed to cool, put in a bowl, add the egg and stir.
Subsequently, the hamburgers are formed with a spoon or by hand, they are passed through the striped bread and that's it!
They are fried on both sides with olive oil and are ready to serve.

TIPS

You can add the vegetables and the seasoning you want, it is everything to your liking, this is only the basic idea.
