500 grams watermelon, seedless and cut into cubes
1/4 cups lime juice
1/2 teaspoons table salt
2 tablespoons Splenda, Granulated Sweetener
1 tablespoon chile powder, extra fine salt-free
1 liter water, natural
5 drops food coloring, red

For the agua fresca: Blend the watermelon, lime juice, SPLENDA® Granulated, table salt, ¾ tablespoon of chili piquín, and water.
Strain the mixture and place it in a bowl, reserving 1/3 of it.
Place the remaining 2/3 of the mixture in a pitcher and refrigerate.
For the ice: In the reserved 1/3 of the mixture, add 5 drops of red vegetable coloring and stir well.
Fill an ice mold with this mixture and sprinkle with chili piquín.
Serve the water in a glass with the ice.
