2 packages Eva® clam of zucchini noodles, (300 g each)
1 cup Manchego cheese, grated
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon oregano
4 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, for accompaniment
fresh oregano, for garnish

For the sauce, blend the heavy cream with the onion, garlic, milk, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until you get a homogeneous mixture.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the previously seasoned chicken with olive oil and butter until golden brown. Add the Eva® Zucchini Noodles, season and cook for 1 minute.
Add the sauce, let it come to a boil, and add the manchego cheese, parmesan cheese, and oregano. Cook until the noodles are cooked and the sauce thickens. Adjust seasoning.
Serve immediately, garnished with parmesan cheese and fresh oregano.
