Ingredients: 1 cup whipping cream; 1/8 onions; 1 clove garlic; 1/2 cups evaporated milk; 1/2 cups cream cheese; salt and pepper; 2 chicken breasts, skinless and cubed; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 2 tablespoons butter; 2 packages Eva® clam of zucchini noodles, (300 g each); 1 cup Manchego cheese, grated; 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated; 1 teaspoon oregano; 4 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, for accompaniment; fresh oregano, for garnish

For the sauce, blend the heavy cream with the onion, garlic, milk, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until you get a homogeneous mixture. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the previously seasoned chicken with olive oil and butter until golden brown. Add the Eva® Zucchini Noodles, season and cook for 1 minute.
