Zucchini Spaghetti

A very good option for healthy and delicious food, where pasta is replaced by zucchini noodles. This significantly reduces the calorie load.

  • 4 zucchinis, cut into thin strips
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into cubes
  • 1 can corn kernel
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt

  • Sauté the onion and garlic with a little oil in a pot.
  • Add the tomato and cook for a few minutes. Season with salt.
  • Add the zucchini and corn, cover the pot and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve.
