4 zucchinis, cut into thin strips
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, cut into cubes
1 can corn kernel
2 tablespoons oil

Sauté the onion and garlic with a little oil in a pot.
Add the tomato and cook for a few minutes. Season with salt.
Add the zucchini and corn, cover the pot and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve.
