Skillet Pizza Dough

Super easy and simple recipe for those pizza craving days.

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 11 grams dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, pour in the oil with water, and mix until all the ingredients are unified and a dough forms.
  • Take the dough out onto a surface and continue kneading until everything is integrated and the dough is elastic. In a greased bowl, let the dough rest, covered with a cloth, until it doubles in size.
  • Preparation Take a portion of the dough and place it on a clean, floured surface. Roll it out with a rolling pin until it reaches the size of your pan.
  • In your pan, place a little oil before adding the dough. Add your preferred ingredients, cover with a lid, and let cook for 10 minutes.
