  • 4 cups fish, in medium cubes
  • salt
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 1/2 cups Clemente Jacques® Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1 1/2 cups orange soda
  • 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups Clemente Jacques® Roasted Habanero Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato, in small cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups Pickled Jalapeño Strips Clemente Jacques®
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • salt and pepper

  • Boil water in a pot, add the fish, and cook for 3 minutes. Remove, drain, and let cool in a bowl.
  • Pour the lemon juice over the fish and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Incorporate the Clemente Jacques® sugar-free ketchup, orange juice, orange soda, and Clemente Jacques® roasted habanero sauce into the fish. Mix to combine.
  • Add the tomato, onion, and Clemente Jacques® pickled jalapeño strips to the mixture. Season with oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Serve the ceviche in a cocktail glass and accompany it with crackers.
