1 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch Great Value® plain salt
1 pinch pepper
500 grams puff pastry
1 cup Extra Special® artichoke hearts
1 cup black olives
1/2 cups peas
1/2 cups Great Value® walnuts, chopped

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a tart pan.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the cream, add nutmeg, and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Roll out the puff pastry to about 3mm thick, place it in the tart pan, and remove any excess pastry.
Pour the egg mixture and add the artichoke hearts, olives, peas, and walnuts.
