Artichoke, Olive, and Walnut Tart

Enjoy this fabulous appetizer; it is an excellent option for your Christmas dinner. The combination of ingredients is delicious. Delicious artichoke tart with a touch of olives and crunchy walnuts.

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Great Value® plain salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 1 cup Extra Special® artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup black olives
  • 1/2 cups peas
  • 1/2 cups Great Value® walnuts, chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a tart pan.
  • In a bowl, mix the eggs with the cream, add nutmeg, and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Roll out the puff pastry to about 3mm thick, place it in the tart pan, and remove any excess pastry.
  • Pour the egg mixture and add the artichoke hearts, olives, peas, and walnuts.
