Artichoke Pizza

  • 4 cups flour, for the dough
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons yeast, for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, for the dough
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt, for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon milk powder, for the dough
  • 2 tablespoons oregano, for the dough
  • 1 cup water, for the dough
  • 1/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil Inés®, for the dough
  • Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cups artichoke heart, sliced
  • 1/2 cups fresh Mozzarella cheese, for the dough

Low
  • Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, powdered milk, and oregano in a mixing bowl, pour in the water, and knead with the hook until everything is well integrated and the dough becomes elastic. Add Inés® Extra Virgin Olive Oil and continue kneading until integrated and a smooth, well-combined dough is obtained.
  • Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes or until it doubles in size.
  • Sprinkle flour over a flat surface, roll out the dough until thin, and place it on a previously floured baking tray.
  • Spread a bit of Alfredo sauce over the dough, add the manchego cheese, artichoke hearts, and mozzarella cheese. Bake the pizza for 15 minutes or until well cooked.
  • Add arugula and almonds on top of the artichoke pizza and drizzle with Inés® Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fleur de sel.
