Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, powdered milk, and oregano in a mixing bowl, pour in the water, and knead with the hook until everything is well integrated and the dough becomes elastic. Add Inés® Extra Virgin Olive Oil and continue kneading until integrated and a smooth, well-combined dough is obtained. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes or until it doubles in size. Sprinkle flour over a flat surface, roll out the dough until thin, and place it on a previously floured baking tray. Spread a bit of Alfredo sauce over the dough, add the manchego cheese, artichoke hearts, and mozzarella cheese. Bake the pizza for 15 minutes or until well cooked. Add arugula and almonds on top of the artichoke pizza and drizzle with Inés® Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fleur de sel.
