Beef Steak with Pasilla and Potatoes

  • 1 Knorr® tomato bouillon, cube
  • 7 pasilla chiles, soaked and deveined.
  • 1 cup water 1 cup water
  • 5 beefsteaks, thin

  • 20 new potatoes, cooked and cut in half

  • Blend the chiles with the water and the Knorr® Tomato Seasoning cube.
  • Cut the steak into fajitas to grill in a skillet with a little oil. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the sauce, and when it boils, add the potatoes and the meat. Cook for a few minutes to finish cooking.
